A Blood Bowl Pitch for S$20
FG and I managed to make a Blood Bowl pitch this afternoon (with technical advice from Boone). It was all done in the matter of less than 3 hours, and for just around S$20!
Here's how we did it (minus the embarrassing mistakes...):
The cork sheet measured 2' x 3' and was cut into two pieces, and the hardboards 45cm x 30cm. The edges of the cork sheets overhanged the hardboards nicely.
The overhanging edges are trimmed off.
And then marked with a dark-brown ink marker.
And it's ready to play on!
Here's how we did it (minus the embarrassing mistakes...):
The theme of the pitch was 'arid', as it is supposed to go with the adobe terrain pieces I have ordered as part of my orc team's stadium. We used 1.5mm thick cork sheets as the surface, and glued them to hardboard backing with spray adhesive.

The two boards we placed edge-to-edge, and the first grid lines marked on both halves to ensure the lines would be straight when they are fitted together.
And then marked with a dark-brown ink marker.
And it's ready to play on!
